What I will not draw

• Sexualized Minors

• Mecha 

• Hateful/Political Art

• I will not draw your character if it is stolen 

• I will not Draw Nsfw for minors

• Incest/Pedophillia 

• Fetish art such as , Inflation, scat, transformation,vore ect. 
  
   

General

By commissioning me you agree to my terms of service 

• My terms and conditions may change without any forewarning 

• I have the right to decline my services and not provide a reason.

• I require payment upfront before I work on commissions.

• You will receive a low quality sketch of your commission for approval before I finalize it.

• During the sketch phase you have the right to make up to three adjustments, anymore and you will be charged £5.00

• To avoid paying extra please give as much detail and specifics to me, such as posing, accessories and other such details. 

• I will charge extra for overly complex designs, 

• Please send me the details before sending the money, please only send payment when I have accepted your commision.

• I am an extremely fast artist, i’m usually able to finish the product within the day it’s ordered, however this may vary depending on the size/complexity of the piece and how busy I am on that given day. For specific deadlines for larger pieces I may charge extra.

• Other then Cropping for avatars/icons my permission is needed for any edits.

• I must be credited for my work when used.

• Art is a luxury, my prices may vary and if you cannot afford I will not lower the prices. Do not try to haggle my prices with me it’s disrespectful to me and my artwork.

• I retain the rights to all my artwork produce, it is not possible for you to own 100% of the art work, if I find my work is used in ways I do not agree I will ask for it to be removed.

• I retain all ownership to my art.

 

PAYMENT

• During the sketching process, if you decide you don’t like the piece then you must still pay for the sketch, but you won’t be obligated to pay the full agreed price for the full piece. 

• Do not send the payment to me as a gift, as this goes against PayPal’s TOS. You are paying for goods and services. Please do not include a shipping address. 

• I only accept money through Paypal with GBP.

• Prices are non-negotiable. 

• I will not start work until I am paid. I hold no obligation to work on your commission until proper payment is received. I do not do “Holds”.

• Art trades are not an acceptable form of payment. 
   

 

ADOPTABLES/CUSTOMS 

• Do not resell any designs I have made for you, especially if you're trying to sell off the design for a higher price

• Credit must be given at least once. (Traceable back to me incase anyone would be interested in my designs) 

• All my adopts are genderless unless stated otherwise.

• Please inform me if you no longer hold my design with who currently owns it. 

• By trading off my design you are obligated to inform them of these terms and conditions.

• If you are commissioning me with a custom or adopt you get 10% off all commission types.
